Yes, the price is a little steep for an E92 with 52k on it;however, it does come with the competition package and the requisite 6MT.

Also, AddictedToM3s, if you do get this and put new wheels on it I’ll gladly take the old one. I want some black style 359s in my life.

Looks like the upgraded speakers too. I do not like the carbon fiber inserts. I have the brushed alumnium.

I haz the same leather seats. I love them. Cept the center armrest has got some wear as that is where my elbow rests.

They’re not carbon fiber, it’s leather stamped to look like carbon fiber. I have it and it’s really grown on me.

Mine has this color interior, but with the aluminum trim. I actually really like the contrast between the black, gray leather & silver.

I really like that color, I would have liked sometime like that, but I ended up with black.

I usually prefer black interiors, but our car’s interior is simple enough that black ends up being just too plain for my taste. I really like the look of fox red with a gray car like yours.

My friend commented he is amazed I have no scratches on it either in my 6 years. I call it luck more than anything.

Many years ago, I needed a car and ended up getting a great deal on an automatic 328i sedan. Wasn’t the color combo I wanted, transmission I wanted, and didn’t have all the options I wanted, but I needed a car quickly and it was still a nice fun car. Daily drove that and then a few years later a manual 335i coupe popped up at my dealer. Didn’t sell for a month, and they dropped nearly $5k off the price, so I picked it up and have been lovin it ever since. Didn’t trade in the 328i because the value is pretty low honestly.

Cool! Thanks for the explanation. For some reason I thought you mean two M3s. 335is are cool, though, my friend had one. Assuming the turbo doesn’t eat itself after 40k miles.

I had a brief stint with an M3 a while back, but it ultimately didn’t stay with me too long (who would’ve known driving an M3 into dc in traffic everyday wouldn’t be fun?). Luckily i’m at about 88k now with the stock twin turbos. I try my best to stay on top of maintenance, so hopefully it’ll stay relatively reliable.

I’ve done the drive into DC and the traffic was probably just as bad in the Ford Fusion Hybrid I did it in. I wouldn’t do it regularly either.

Yeah, driving from NoVa to DC every morning gets old in any car, but it just especially sucks when you have to try to dodge every pothole to keep the nice wheels round and only get like 12mpg in traffic haha. My commute is much better now, so another M3 or more sporty car is certainly in the cards for whatever I buy next.

I don’t think I posted about it on here. But a while ago a local dealer had a 2009 E90 M3 for $17.9k. Black with tan interior, DCT, lots of options. Had ~140k on it. I test drove it and it was actually really nice. The black/tan combo was killer.

I think you might have, I don’t remember. With that many miles I’d assume it was well taken care of. I know I saw a 2008 with 180k on it for sale in Texas. I’d want it for 15k, and if they’d take that I’d DD it.
